- Now take a pan add oil after heating the oil add garlic and ginger saute it.
- Now add all vaggies in the pan and stirring it and cook for few minutes..
- Now add all souces red chilli souce, tomato souce, soya souce, vinegar and salt mix it well..
- Now take a small bowl add 1 spoon cornflour and water mix it and add in the pan..
- After one boil add manchurian balls and mix it..
- Now add coriander leaves and serve the healthy manchurian and enjoy..
